Job Description:
Become part of Scrub-A-Dub and join a our team of oil change professionals. We strive to provide fast, friendly and convenient service. As a Lube Technician, you will become a trusted consultant to the customer by evaluating their needs and performing efficient and reliable preventative maintenance services.
What you would do?
What to Expect
- Perform preventative maintenance services including but not limited to oil changes, fluid flushes, and replacement of vital elements such as bulbs and filters
- Maintain constant communication throughout the facility with other associates
- Documented precise information to be entered into work order system
- Assist customers with questions and purchases
- Create relationships of trust with customers through exceptional customer service and courtesy
- Make customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their services and environment
- Keep customers informed regarding recommendations for their vehicle and services to be performed
- Work efficiently as a team to provide quality automotive services
- Identify and resolve problems which have a negative impact on vehicle performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
