1. ELIGIBILITY: Scrub-A-Dub “Pull Tab Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Wisconsin, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Scrub-A-Dub and each of their immediate family members living in the same household of each other are not eligible. Void outside WI and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3. HOW IT WORKS: Beginning on 12/26/2025 through 3/31/26 or while supplies last (“Promotion Period”), when you make a qualifying purchase (a single wash or oil change service) at a participating Scrub-A-Dub location, you may receive a pull tab Game Piece (“Game Piece”), while supplies last. Limit one (1) pull tab per customer, per transaction, per day. Peel back the tabs of the Game Piece to reveal a message.

If your Game Piece reveals one of the following messages you are eligible to claim/redeem the offer specified (subject to verification): “Only $1 Unlimited Best Membership”, “50% Off Unlimited Best Membership”, “25% Off Unlimited Best Membership”, “$2 Off Any Single Wash Package”, “20% Off Full Service Oil Change”, “20% Off Transmission Service”, “20% Off Coolant Service”.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: For a free Game Piece, a purchase is not necessary. A Scrub-A-Dub “Pull Tab Giveaway” Game Piece is available on-site upon request during the “Promotion Period”. Limit one (1) pull tab per customer, per transaction, per day. Scrub-A-Dub reserves the right to deny requests that exceed daily limits or violate giveaway rules.
5. HOW TO REDEEM AN OFFER:

a. To redeem Scrub Club Unlimited Offer: To redeem an offer consisting of a discounted membership, the participant must activate a Scrub Club Unlimited monthly membership plan in-person at any Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash location. Limit one (1) offer/discount redeemed per vehicle.

A valid credit card is required for activation. By redeeming this offer, the participant agrees to the Scrub-A-Dub Membership Terms and Conditions at www.scrubadub.biz/scrubclub/

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: The Scrub Club Unlimited offer/discount applies to the first month of membership only. After the first month of membership at the initial discounted price, the membership will automatically renew at the full, non-discounted monthly price ($29.99 plus tax, or retail price in effect at the time of redemption). The credit card provided at the time of activation will be charged on a recurring monthly basis (on the same or nearest date of the month as the original signup date) until the membership is cancelled by the member. Memberships can be cancelled in-person at any location or online at www.scrubadub.biz

b. To redeem a coupon, offer (non-Scrub Club Unlimited discount): Redeem the original Game Piece in person at any Scrub-A-Dub location. Limit one (1) offer per customer, per visit. All promotional offers are subject to sales tax and are the responsibility of the winner. Full Service Oil Change services include up to 5 quarts, 17-point inspection, and top-off of fluids. For all Oil Change Center Services, the percent discount offer will be applied to the base price of the service, and does not include any additional quarts, services, taxes, or fees.

c. General Promotional Offer Conditions: All offer/discount claims are subject to verification. The original winning Game Piece is required to redeem the offer. The Game Piece must be surrendered upon redemption. No cash value. Game Pieces cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or offers. No cash value. All redemptions must be made by 5/31/2026.

NOTE: any applicable sales tax is the responsibility of the winner for any offers redeemed.

6. VERIFICATION: All claims are subject to verification. Decisions of the Sponsor are final. Every Game Piece is a winning Game Piece (odds of receiving a winning message are 1:1 as stated in Rule #7), and therefore no random drawing will be held. In the event of a printing, production, or other error resulting in an irregular Game Piece, neither Sponsor nor the Released Parties (as defined in Rule #11) shall have any liability. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of discounted services or offers for any specific level as defined in Rule #7. Any Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately, or was distributed where prohibited by law is null and void. Game Pieces may not be auctioned, transferred, or sold. Only Game Pieces obtained via Rule #3 and Rule #4 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately.
7. NUMBER OF AVAILABLE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) & ODDS OF WINNING: The total number of Game Pieces available for distribution is 200,000. The odds of receiving a winning Game Piece are 1:1 (“Everyone Wins”). The odds of winning a specific offer are as follows:

• • 100,000 – 25% OFF 1st Month Scrub Club Unlimited BEST Membership: (ARV: $7.50). Odds of winning are 1:2.
  • 75,000 – 50% OFF 1st Month Scrub Club Unlimited BEST Membership: (ARV: $15.00). Odds of winning are 1:3.
  • 5,000 – $1.00 1st Month Scrub Club Unlimited BEST Membership: (ARV: $28.99). Odds of winning are 1:40.
  • 7,000 – $2 OFF Any Single Wash Package: (ARV: $2.00). Odds of winning are 1:29.
  • 10,000 – 20% OFF Any Full Service Oil Change: (ARV: $15.40). Odds of winning are 1:20. (Discount applies to base price only; includes 5 qts; excludes taxes/fees).
  • 1,500 – 20% OFF Transmission Flush Service: (ARV: $28.00) Odds of winning are 1:134.
  • 1,500 – 20% OFF Coolant Flush Service: (ARV: $28.00). Odds of winning are 1:134.

UNCLAIMED DISCOUNT OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Odds are based on all available Game Pieces being distributed. Offers consist of only the item specifically listed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an offer of equal or greater value. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of offer by winner permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, acceptance of an offer constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, offer information, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes participants agree, and by redeeming an offer, winners agree, to release and hold harmless, Scrub-A-Dub, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuses of offers, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any promotional offer or in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (c) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any offer, including travel. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
10. DISPUTES: Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any offers awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and must be commenced in the state or federal court in or nearest Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Participants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to either the jurisdiction of or venue in those courts and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.
